Wellness Week 2017

Scoil Bhríde will hold a Wellness Week, the first of its kind in the school, from Monday, November 13th to Friday, November 17th. There will be a variety of activities taking place in the school, with the aim of promoting the social, emotional and physical well being of the students and staff. Students will bring information sheets and activity booklets home during the week and we are encouraging parents to get involved at home. Here is a mindful breathing meditation that could be done at home.
